Contours is a photographic project which considers the shape and form of the human body. Over a period of three months, different sized grids were projected onto twenty different people, all with different shapes and holding different poses. The resulting images show the human form as abstract, unusual, simple, and familiar. Tom Elkins is a photographer who lives and works in London. More of his work is available at Three Practices.
